IQ Resource Group is seeking a dependable and mechanically inclined Equipment Service Technician to join a growing team in De Pere, WI. This full-time opportunity offers a 4-day work week, giving you three days off every week while building valuable technical skills in a stable career.
Pay: $19.00 – $26.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Responsibilities
As an Equipment Service Technician, you’ll perform maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and service work on a variety of equipment and mechanical systems. Duties include:
- Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment
- Working with pumps, motors, engines, plumbing systems, and wiring components
- Performing preventative maintenance and equipment inspections
- Completing service work both in-shop and at customer locations
- Maintaining accurate service records and documentation
- Following safety procedures and company standards

Qualifications
- Previous experience in equipment repair, maintenance, HVAC, mechanical service, or a related field is preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to lift, carry, and work with tools and equipment as needed
