IQ Resource Group is recruiting for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management at our manufacturing client. The ideal candidate will excel in managing calendars, coordinating projects and handling a variety of office tasks with professionalism and discretion.
Pay: $20.00 and up based on experience
Shift: 1st shift; 8am to 430pm
Essential Duties:
- Manage the VP’s calendar, schedule, and daily workflow with professionalism, accuracy, and foresight.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics, agendas, prep materials, and follow-through.
- Serve as a primary point of contact between the VP and internal teams, vendors, and partners.
- Draft, edit, and prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and companywide communications.
- Support operational projects by tracking deadlines, managing documents, organizing tasks, and ensuring alignment across departments.
- Take meeting minutes, maintain action items, and ensure timely follow-up on key deliverables.
- Assist in planning and coordinating leadership retreats and company events.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism, judgment, and discretion.
- Track expense reports, invoices, and budget-related items for senior management
- Provide reliable, proactive support that helps senior management stay focused, prepared, and effective.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to organize a daily workload by priority.
- Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
