Shift: Monday–Friday | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Some overtime on Saturdays as needed
Pay: $16.00/hour
IQ Resource Group is seeking dependable Food Production Associates to join a fast-paced pickle manufacturing team. If you’re reliable, enjoy hands-on work, and thrive in a production environment, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Do
- Assist with food production and packaging operations
- Load materials and supplies into production equipment
- Monitor production lines and report equipment issues to supervisors
- Complete line setups, changeovers, and sanitation procedures
- Visually inspect products for quality, proper labeling, seal integrity, and packaging specifications
- Maintain accurate production records and required documentation
- Perform successful shift hand-offs to ensure smooth production
- Follow all food safety, quality, GMP, and company safety standards
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and inspection-ready
- Perform additional production duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift as required throughout the shift
Preferred Qualifications
- Food production or food manufacturing experience
- Experience working in a GMP-regulated environment
- Packaging or production line experience
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to identify production issues
