Wage: $28.08/hour + shift differential ($0.35 2nd shift, $0.55 3rd shift)
Hours: Rotating Shift (Temporary employees will be placed on whichever shift is needed for the week. This could mean working the same shift multiple weeks in a row or may switch each week. Would find out on Thursdays what shift would be working the following week- Not able to request to be on a specific shift)
- 6am-2pm Monday- Friday
- 2pm-10pm Monday- Friday
- 10pm-6am Monday- Thursday
**Overtime is a requirement when needed. This could include 12-hour shifts and/or Saturdays. (Saturdays could be 6 to 8 hours and may not include all shifts)
Location: Appleton, WI
Responsibilities:
- Stack finished products from the production line in an organized and efficient manner.
- Review products for quality, including print and color accuracy.
- Report any quality issues to the appropriate team members promptly.
- Palletize finished goods for shipping or storage.
- Provide support in other areas of the production line as needed.
- Work collaboratively with a team of 2–3 others to maintain workflow and production goals.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- Must be able to read a ruler and measure to the nearest 16th of an inch
- Must be reliable and able to work all shifts and hours scheduled
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is a plus but not required.
