IQ Resource Group is recruiting for a 1st shift General Laborer / Production Floater for a manufacturing client in Manitowoc. This hands-on role supports multiple production areas and helps keep operations running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys physical work, learning new skills, and being part of a team.
Hours:
· 1st shift; 4am to 2:30pm; Monday to Thursday
Wage:
· $18.00
Responsibilities:
- Assist in various production and manufacturing areas as needed
- Load, unload, move, and organize materials
- Support machine operators and production staff
- Perform basic quality checks on parts and products
- Follow work instructions and safety procedures
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Assist with packaging, assembly, and other general labor tasks
- Help meet daily production goals
Qualifications:
- Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and positive attitude
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
