IQ Resource Group is seeking a reliable, hardworking General Labor candidate for our metal manufacturing client in Manitowoc. In this position, you will be responsible for feeding sheet metal into a machine that cuts the material into circular pieces.
Responsibilities:
- Load sheet metal into the cutting machine
- Monitor machine operation to ensure safe and accurate cuts
- Remove finished product
- Visually inspect and perform any rework as needed
- Stack and organized completed products
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Perform various general labor responsibilities to complete manufacturing processes
- Follow all safety guidelines and production procedures
Hours:
- 2nd shift
- 2pm to 10pm; Monday through Friday
Pay: $18/hr
Requirements:
- Ability to perform physical labor and stand for long periods
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliability and good attendance
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus but not required
