General Labor (Monticello, WI)
Shifts:
- 1st shift: Monday – Friday | 7am -3:30pm
- 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday | 3pm – 11:30pm
- 3rd Shift: Monday – Friday | 11pm-7:30am
Pay: $17.91 – $19.91pr hour.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor cheese processing machinery to ensure smoot and efficient production.
- Inspect raw materials and intermediate products for quality and compliance.
- Perform visual inspections and identify defects, contamination, or labeling errors.
- Monitor product flow to prevent backups or spills.
- Assist with line changeovers, setups, and basic equipment cleaning.
- Work efficiently in wet or fast paced environments.
- Package, label, and stack products to meet quality and customer specifications.
- Support allergen and cross contamination prevention procedures.
- Collaborate with quality assurance and safety teams.
- Follow lockout/tagout and PPE requirements at all times.
- Perform visual inspections to ensure equipment is production – ready.
