Location: Manitowoc, WI
Wage: $16-17 depending on experience
Hours: Mon-Thur 6a-3:30p and Fri 6a-10a
Responsibilities:
- Majority of day is direct labor
- Use nail guns and hand power tools
- Monitors and informs operators of errors and stresses high quality.
- Physically moves jobs in to cell. Stacks lumber coming off of machine into piles and separates according to specifications that are outlined
- May push lumber through a machine
- Receives instructions from more senior employees while learning the processes.
- Is striving to perform production at or above the standard acceptable rate for productivity and quality showing signs of improvement.
- Assists in the TPM procedures and carried out on time.
- Visually inspect and test machinery and equipment when needed document observations and results.
- Maintain inventory of hand tools for use
- Can move from area to area
Requirements:
- HS Diploma or equivalency
