Available Shifts & PayMini Line Folding
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM | $16.50/hour
- 3rd Shift: Monday night–Friday night, 6:00 PM – 2:30 AM | $17.50/hour
Mini Packaging
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM | $16.50/hour
- 3rd Shift: Monday night–Friday night, 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM | $17.50/hour
Overtime Available: Voluntary overtime is often available during the week. Occasional mandatory overtime on Saturdays may be required based on production needs.
What You’ll Do
As a Production Associate, you’ll help produce and package delicious bakery products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Pack and ice bakery products
- Box, label, and palletize finished products
- Follow all GMP and food safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Complete production paperwork accurately
- Wash and sanitize pans, utensils, and food preparation equipment
- Store cleaned equipment in designated areas
- Operate and maintain the pan washer as needed
Qualifications
- Entry-level position – no experience required
- Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Able to follow safety and food manufacturing procedures
Physical Requirements
- Lift, push, and pull up to 30 lbs. repeatedly
- Stand and walk for entire shifts (10+ hours when needed)
- Perform repetitive bending, reaching, twisting, and stooping
- Work in a warm production environment
- Comfortable working around common food allergens
- Able to maintain a fast production pace throughout the shift
