Location: Menasha, WI
Wage: $21.28 /hr
Hours:
- 1st shift: 6am to 2pm (Mandatory overtime as needed)
- 2nd shift: 2pm to 10pm (Mandatory overtime as needed)
*All positions will be starting 6am-6pm Monday- Saturday, just until training is complete (2-3 weeks).
Responsibilities:
- Responsible packing and checking Baler working conditions
- Responsible for monitoring Hopper Oil levels and checking for oil leaks
- Responsible for checking Trim System Blower to ensure good working condition
- Assist Crews with lunch breaks and fill Glue Pot as needed
- Responsible for good housekeeping practices
- Follow all safety regulations and policies to include lock out tag out procedures
- Report any unsafe condition in work area/plant to Supervisor
- Participate in established safety programs for improvement
- Responsible for compliance with all rules and regulations, and for continuously practicing safety while performing job duties
- Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of measurement tools
- Must be safe worker and work well with co-workers
- Must have product knowledge, machine knowledge and mechanical abilities
