IQ Resource Group is hiring for a Maintenance Technician to join the 2nd shift team in Roseville, Minnesota!
The position is focused on improving production efficiency through the design, installation, and maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment. The Maintenance Technician plays a key role in minimizing downtime and ensuring the smooth operation of plant equipment.
Location: Roseville, Minnesota
Pay: $30.00-35.00/hr
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 1:00pm-11:30pm and Monday-Thursday 10:00am-8:30pm

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and repair the Temper Line and Plasma/Oxy-Fuel Table electronics and electrical equipment to maintain efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Perform general maintenance tasks, including lubrication, monitoring, repairing, preventative maintenance, and inspections.
- Complete Work Orders.
- Communicate with Operators to ensure seamless production flow and detect any equipment concerns.
- Follow all ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001 procedures, as well as safety rules and regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of industrial maintenance experience required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational abilities, and computer proficiency.
- Preferred:
- 3 to 5 years of preventative maintenance experience.
- PLC experience.
