Inside Sales Associate – Windsor, WI
Pay: $22–$25 per hour
Schedule: 1pm–9pm (in-office, Monday–Friday)
We are hiring an Inside Sales Associate in Windsor, WI to support our sales team and customers in the meat, seafood, and gourmet food industry.
This is an in-office position where you’ll be at a computer from 1pm–9pm each day, working across multiple systems to process orders, invoices, and customer accounts. If you’ve worked in restaurants, handled food service operations, or have knowledge of meat and seafood products, you’ll find this role especially rewarding.
What You’ll Do:
- Finalize and process orders from outside sales reps
- Communicate with restaurants and customers to confirm details and delivery needs
- Enter orders, create invoices, and manage accounts across multiple computer systems
- Respond to customer emails and phone calls with accuracy and professionalism
- Support purchasing and sales teams to ensure smooth order flow
What We’re Looking For:
- Restaurant, food service, or meat/seafood knowledge is a strong plus
- Customer service or order entry experience
- Ability to stay focused and accurate while working on a computer for extended periods
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Reliable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
