IQ Resource Group is hiring two Inside Sales Representatives for our client in Hopkins, MN. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, detailed oriented individual with computer skills in Google Suite and Microsoft Office. Must be professional in both verbal and written customer documentation and have the ability to manage time effectively and learn new product lines.
Pay:
- Entry-level is $20-$30 with 1-2 years experience
- Experienced is $30-$40 with 5-7 years experience needed
Hours: Full-time 40 hours per week Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
Job Summary
- Enter orders and quotes and perform quote follow-ups/analysis and follow through with ownership in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Investigate and resolve customer problems with deliveries, quality, and lead times with manufacturers
- Negotiate sale and purchase prices Assist with customer returns
- Build and strengthen relationships with customers and vendors
- Provide technical and non-technical support and services to clients or other staff members regarding the use, operation, and maintenance of equipment
- Hourly, non-commission position with full benefits and an excellent 401K plan.
