Location: Green Bay, WI
Wage: $22.55/hr
Hours: 10:00am to 7:30pm
Responsibilities:
- Operate a variety of cooking and packaging machinery
- Verify accurate ingredients, measuring, and weighing as required
- Prepare products for cooking by placing them on trays
- Scoop/fill products into machines, monitoring time and temperature parameters
- Remove cooked products from the machine after completion
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and work area after each use
- Assemble vegetable carts, fill buckets with hot stock, palletize finished products, and operate the Pan Wash machine
- Communicate essential information to the Supervisor
- Adhere to company food safety and sanitation procedures, including GMPs, SSOPs, and HACCP programs
- Follow instructions from Supervisor/Lead, demonstrating high attention to detail
- Work both independently and collaboratively in a team
- Lift, push, and pull loads weighing between 50 to 75 lbs.
- Stand for extended periods (8 hours/day) and adhere to safety procedures
- Comfortable working in varying environmental conditions, including heat/steam, manual labor, and cold environments
