JOB SUMMARY:
Work on a production line, while scanning using ERP system, also training employees, addressing outages, and creating solutions, encouraging team members, completing paperwork, and looking for process improvements to increase the overall profitability of the team.
- Accurately uses computer system to scan in materials and finish materials out
- Trains and instructs co-workers regarding all aspects of the line
- Reads and understands production work instructions and line sheets
- Responsible to rotate crew every hour or as needed
- Responsible for the safety of all employees on your line
- Deals with co-workers in a professional manner
- Communicates with Shift Lead as needed
- Required to take a position on the line as needed
- Tends machines and make adjustments as needed
- Tracks scrap and reports accurate data into Nulogy
- Works at different workstations as production needs require but willing to work on the same equipment daily
- Works on various lines where tasks vary as product moves through different stages along line
- Ensures work area is thoroughly clean before leaving at the end of shift
- Maintains production efficiencies on a regular basis
- Completes quality check as required
- Looks for process improvements through methods, bring up any ideas to supervisor
- Exhibits and maintains a high level of quality and safety standards
- Understands and uses lockout tag out devices

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Manufacturing and leadership experience preferred but willing to train. Good interpersonal skills including providing clear direction and instruction for the team, training with new employees, and providing feedback in a positive manner. Helps the team with a positive attitude and leads by example. Be able to handle disagreements or difficult situations with team members and works with the team to resolve the situation.
Computer experience is a plus but will train.

Technical
- Enterprise resource planning (ERP) system experience preferred
