IQ Resource Group is seeking a Line Operator in Dodge Center, MN. This position is primarily responsible for the operations of paint mixing and spraying equipment.
Pay: $18-22/hr
Hours: Days are M-Th 6:30am-5pm with some Friday OT as needed.
Essential Duties:
- Communicates results and concerns to management for decision-making criteria
- Paint mixing and utilization of spraying equipment and related monorail systems
- Paint and sealer application
Qualifications:
- Must be able to understand production quality and outflow impacts and able to judge the product quality level.
- Knowledge and understanding of equipment as it is related to the application of paint.
