Location: Green Bay, WI
Wage: $14.50-15/hr
Hours:
- 2nd – 2 pm-10 pm
- 3rd – 10 pm-6 am
Responsibilities:
- Train and instruct co-workers regarding all aspects of the line.
- Read and understand production work instructions and line sheets.
- Responsible to rotate crew every hour. Deal with co-workers in a calm professional manner.
- Communicate with Shift Lead when problems arise.
- Required to take a position on the line. Tend machines.
- Work at different workstations as production needs require but willing to work on the same equipment daily.
- Work on various lines where tasks vary as product moves through different stages along line.
- Clean work area thoroughly before leaving at the end of shift.
- Maintain production efficiencies on a regular basis.
- Complete quality check sheet hourly.
- Exhibit and maintain a high level of quality and safety standards.
