We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the supply chain and ensuring the smooth operation of logistics processes. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments to optimize inventory management, production planning, and dispatching activities.
Pay: $40,000.00 – $58,000.00 per year
Day Shift | Monday-Friday
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage shipping documentation, schedule pickups and deliveries with vendors and carriers
- Maintain accurate inventory records using our Kanban system
- Monitor and track incoming and outgoing shipments
- Assist with materials management for both in-house and outsourced production
- Support invoicing processes and communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners
- Operate a forklift as needed to assist with loading and unloading materials
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, or invoicing or 2+ years of relevant education/certifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with ERP systems (Epicor or similar) preferred
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to problem solve in a dynamic environment
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
