Wage: $18- $20/hour (depending on experience)
Hours: 5am-3pm or 6am-4pm Monday- Thursday
Location: Neenah, WI
Job Duties:
- Operate binding and cutting machines to process packaging materials, including flattened boxes.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure consistent quality and performance.
- Inspect products for print and color accuracy, identifying and reporting any quality issues.
- Stack and palletize finished goods for shipment or storage.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance on machinery.
- Work collaboratively with a team of 2–3 others on the production line.
- Assist in other areas of production as needed to support overall workflow.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience operating production or binding machinery preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify product defects.
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift materials up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable, team-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
