Location: Deforest, WI
We are hiring for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift Machine Operators / Extrusion Operators at a growing, family-owned manufacturing company in Deforest. This is a great opportunity to build a long-term career with a company that values safety, teamwork, and professional growth.

Pay: $20-22/hr
Shift Options:
- 1st Shift: 6:00am – 2:00pm
- 2nd Shift: 2:00pm – 10:00pm
- 3rd Shift: 10:00pm – 6:00am
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Prepare product for shipment according to customer guidelines, including cleaning, inspecting, assembling, decorating, and stacking
- Set up and prepare extrusion machinery by loading raw materials and adjusting settings based on product specs
- Operate extrusion machines to produce plastic products according to established standards
- Monitor production closely and make adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency
- Perform regular quality checks to ensure products meet required specifications
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues to minimize downtime
- Maintain accurate production records including product counts and machine settings
- Keep a steady production and packaging flow to avoid buildup at workstations
- Follow all safety guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred
- Ability to work on your feet in a production environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
