We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for setting up and operating production equipment, maintaining product quality, meeting production goals, and troubleshooting equipment to keep machines running efficiently.
The ideal candidate is someone who takes ownership of their work, pays close attention to detail, works well under pressure, and is committed to producing high-quality work safely and efficiently. Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.

- 5am-2pm M-F
Pay: $20.00/hr
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate production machines across various departments.
- Monitor equipment to maintain machine uptime and meet production standards.
- Follow all safety procedures and immediately identify and report safety concerns.
- Maintain product quality in accordance with customer specifications.
- Monitor production processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Troubleshoot equipment and production issues to minimize downtime.
- Accurately complete all required production paperwork and documentation.
- Understand daily production priorities and follow tasks through to completion.
- Take ownership of the production process and ensure equipment operates efficiently.
- Analyze production information and make timely decisions when adjustments are needed.
- Work effectively with team members to meet department and company goals.
- Learn and apply new processes, equipment, and procedures quickly.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
- Demonstrate initiative, accountability, and strong follow-through.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred, but not required.
- Experience operating high-speed production equipment is a plus.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to analyze information and make timely decisions.
- Ability to understand and apply new processes and procedures quickly.
- Ability to read and understand a tape measure.
- Basic shop math skills.
- Understanding of lean manufacturing principles preferred.
- Strong work ethic with a focus on completing work on time and to specifications.
