IQ Resource Group is seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator for a growing precision manufacturing company in Cudahy, WI. What You’ll Do:
- Operate CNC machine tools to produce precision-machined components
- Work with HAAS Vertical Mills, HAAS Lathes, and Okuma Lathes
- Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met
- Measure and verify dimensions and tolerances using precision measuring instruments
- Make machine and tooling adjustments as needed
- Perform drilling, tapping, turning, milling, deburring, sanding, and other machining operations
- Complete required production documentation and quality records
- Maintain tooling and machine lubrication requirements
- Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures
- Assist with training and supporting team members as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous machine operator experience in a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with CNC machines, machine tools, and manufacturing equipment
- Ability to read work instructions, drawings, and specifications
- Strong math, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and move throughout the shift
- Strong work ethic and commitment to workplace safety
