Location: Manawa, WI
Wage: $25-$26 an hour
Hours:
5am-5pm on 2-2-3 Rotation
5pm-5am on 2-2-3 Rotation
10pm-6am Sunday-Thursday
Responsibilities:
• Provides support to the Production team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the plant
• Operates equipment on multiple lines, including completing machine setup and making adjustments
• Inspect material, products, and containers at each step of packaging process
• Record production, review records and specifications, complete all necessary paperwork
• Work closely with other production personnel and direct their work as needed
Qualifications:
• One year or more experience operating machines in a production facility
• Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written
• High attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
