IQ Resource Group is currently hiring production Machine Operators for a premiere metal manufacturing company in the Manitowoc area. We are searching for both experienced operators and entry-level candidates who are eager to learn. In this role, you will set up and operate production equipment, monitor quality, and support daily manufacturing operations in a safe, fast-paced environment.
Positions are available on all shifts, offering flexibility and long-term career opportunities. Training is available for motivated individuals looking to grow their skills in metal manufacturing.
Pay: $20+/hr
Hours:
- Currently hiring for 2nd, 3rd and weekend shifts
- 8, 10 or 12 hours shifts available
Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC production machines according to work instructions
- Load and unload materials and finished parts
- Monitor machine operation to ensure quality and efficiency
- Perform basic measurements using calipers, micrometers, or gauges
- Inspect parts to ensure they meet specifications
- Maintain accurate production records
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Previous CNC or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to read work instructions and basic drawings
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to work assigned shift
