IQ Resource Group is hiring Machine Operators in Janesville, WI.
Pay:
• Days: $18.00/hr
• Nights: $20.00/hr ($2.00 shift premium)
Available Shifts:
• Days: 6:45 AM – 7:00 PM
• Nights: 6:45 PM – 7:00 AM
• 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule
• Straight Day or Straight Night Shifts Available
What You’ll Do:
• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently
• Inspect and pack products according to quality standards
• Label finished products and prepare materials for production
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety, GMP, and quality procedures
Requirements:
• Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Basic computer skills
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
