Shift: Monday–Friday | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: $22.00–$25.00/hour
We’re seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to inspect, maintain, and repair harvesting and farming equipment. This role offers a unique mix of shop work and field service, making it ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on mechanical work and solving problems in a variety of environments.
What You’ll Do
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on harvesting and agricultural equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues
- Monitor harvesting equipment during the season to ensure uninterrupted production
- Perform field repairs to minimize equipment downtime during harvest
- Assist with the operation and maintenance of tillage, planting, crop care, and support equipment
- Rebuild and overhaul equipment during the off-season
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and communicate equipment concerns
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Keep the shop and work areas clean, organized, and safe
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience repairing agricultural, heavy-duty, diesel, or industrial equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to diagnose and repair hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license preferred
