We are hiring a skilled Maintenance Technician to join a growing industrial manufacturing team on 2nd shift. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys troubleshooting equipment, solving problems, and keeping operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Troubleshoot, repair, rebuild, and maintain manufacturing equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance on production machinery and facility systems
- Work on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, HVAC, and conveyor systems
- Diagnose equipment issues and minimize downtime
- Assist with facility upkeep and repairs throughout the plant
- Read blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals
- Help improve equipment performance and recommend upgrades
- Complete maintenance records and PM documentation
- Support continuous improvement and Kaizen activities
- Coordinate with outside contractors when needed
- Source and order replacement parts and supplies
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
- Experience with PLCs, welding, electrical, HVAC, hydraulics, or machining is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable working in an industrial manufacturing environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various plant conditions
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Trade school training or maintenance certifications preferred
