IQ Resource Group is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician for a growing manufacturing facility in Delavan, WI. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled maintenance professional with strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting experience.

Full-Time, M-F
1st Shift: 6:00 am – 2:30 pm
Salary Range:
$34-43 hourly DOE
What You’ll Do
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment and machinery
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance throughout the facility
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Assist with maintenance of CNC lathes, mills, multi-spindle machines, bar feeders, and related production equipment
- Perform building maintenance including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs
- Repair or replace motors, controls, switches, lighting, and electrical components
- Monitor and coordinate maintenance needs for forklifts and company vehicles
- Maintain maintenance records, schedules, and documentation
- Manage repair parts inventory and maintenance supplies
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and production uptime goals
- Assist production teams as needed

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Technical degree in Industrial Maintenance, Manufacturing Maintenance, Electromechanical Technology, or related field preferred
- 5-7 years of manufacturing maintenance experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- PLC troubleshooting experience preferred
- Experience with Fanuc controls and diagnostics preferred
- Knowledge of motors, transformers, relays, sensors, encoders, and industrial controls
- Welding and fabrication experience is a plus
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
