IQ Resource Group is hiring a Maintenance Technician in New Holstein, WI!
Are you an experienced maintenance professional who enjoys troubleshooting equipment and keeping production running smoothly? We’re looking for a dependable Maintenance Technician to join a growing manufacturing team. In this role, you’ll maintain CNC equipment, troubleshoot production issues, and help ensure the facility operates safely and efficiently.
Location: New Holstein, WI
Pay: $20.00-$28.00/hour (Based on Experience)
Shift:
- 3rd Shift: Sunday night-Friday morning | 10:30 PM-6:30 AM
- Training will temporarily take place on 1st Shift: Monday-Friday | 6:30 AM-2:30 PM
What You’ll Do
- Perform preventive maintenance on CNC manufacturing equipment and plant machinery.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair production equipment to minimize downtime.
- Install, maintain, and service manufacturing machines and facility equipment.
- Perform emergency repairs during production and scheduled maintenance during planned downtime.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and work orders.
- Replace defective parts, test equipment, and make necessary adjustments.
- Complete general facility maintenance, including basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and other building repairs.
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, electrical meters, and material handling equipment.
- Identify equipment concerns and communicate issues to supervisors.
- Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout, while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous industrial maintenance experience preferred.
- Facility maintenance experience is a plus.
- Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems through experience and/or formal education.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read equipment manuals and technical documentation.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on safety and quality.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with teammates, vendors, and equipment suppliers.
