IQ Resource Group is hiring a Maintenance Technician in New Holstein, WI!

Are you an experienced maintenance professional who enjoys troubleshooting equipment and keeping production running smoothly? We’re looking for a dependable Maintenance Technician to join a growing manufacturing team. In this role, you’ll maintain CNC equipment, troubleshoot production issues, and help ensure the facility operates safely and efficiently.

Location: New Holstein, WI
Pay: $20.00-$28.00/hour (Based on Experience)

Shift:

  • 3rd Shift: Sunday night-Friday morning | 10:30 PM-6:30 AM
  • Training will temporarily take place on 1st Shift: Monday-Friday | 6:30 AM-2:30 PM

What You’ll Do

  • Perform preventive maintenance on CNC manufacturing equipment and plant machinery.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair production equipment to minimize downtime.
  • Install, maintain, and service manufacturing machines and facility equipment.
  • Perform emergency repairs during production and scheduled maintenance during planned downtime.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and work orders.
  • Replace defective parts, test equipment, and make necessary adjustments.
  • Complete general facility maintenance, including basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and other building repairs.
  • Safely operate hand tools, power tools, electrical meters, and material handling equipment.
  • Identify equipment concerns and communicate issues to supervisors.
  • Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout, while maintaining a clean and organized work area.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous industrial maintenance experience preferred.
  • Facility maintenance experience is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems through experience and/or formal education.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read equipment manuals and technical documentation.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a focus on safety and quality.
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and results-driven.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with teammates, vendors, and equipment suppliers.
