Position: 3rd Shift Lead
Location: Delavan, WI
Schedule:
3rd Shift – Monday through Thursday, 9:00pm–5:00am (32 hours/week)
Training will take place on 1st shift for 2–3 weeks before transitioning to 3rd shift.
Pay: $22–$25/hour
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support production team during assigned shift
- Learn and operate company equipment
- Ensure production, quality, and safety standards are met
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
- Utilize and learn the company’s E-process system
- Maintain strong attendance and positive team culture
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of experience running or leading a shift
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent attendance and work ethic
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to adapt to processes and technology systems
