Location: Anoka, MN
Pay: $23.00-$25.00 an hour!
Shift: Monday-Thursday 5:30am-3:30pm

Position Overview
The Material Handler plays a key role in supporting injection molding and production operations by ensuring materials are prepared, staged, and maintained to meet quality, production, and scheduling standards. This position is responsible for accurate material handling, documentation, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment while supporting press operators and production teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare injection molding work centers for production runs
- Stage raw materials and regrind for molding presses and drying hoppers
- Set and monitor dryers to proper operating temperatures
- Ensure hoppers and loaders are consistently supplied to maintain uninterrupted production
- Track material weights during production and at the completion of each run
- Package and return unused materials to stock while maintaining accurate inventory locations and system documentation
- Clean and maintain grinders in preparation for future operations
- Provide breaks to press operators when required
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
Qualifications
- Injection Molding experience is required!
- Authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis
- GREAT attendance is required!
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred
- Familiarity with industrial machinery, hand tools, and power tools
- Ability to safely lift up to 60 pounds
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong ability to read and follow work instructions and procedures
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
