MIG/TIG Welder – 1st Shift
Location: Hartford, WI
Pay: $18–$28/hour (Based on Experience)
Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM

We’re seeking an experienced MIG/TIG Welder to join a growing manufacturing team. If you have a strong welding background and take pride in producing high-quality work, this is a great opportunity to build a long-term career in a clean, safety-focused environment.
What You’ll Do
- Perform MIG and TIG welding on a variety of metals according to specifications and welding procedures.
- Prepare materials, complete fit-up, and produce strong, high-quality welds.
- Inspect finished welds to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Maintain welding equipment and keep a safe, organized work area.
- Read blueprints and work instructions to complete fabrication projects accurately.
- Follow all quality and safety procedures throughout the production process.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of MIG and TIG welding experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols.
- Experience using measuring and inspection tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Reliable work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
