Location: New Holstein, WI
Pay: $22.00-$30.00/hour (Based on Experience)
Available Shifts:
- 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday | 2:30 PM-10:30 PM
- 3rd Shift: Sunday night-Friday morning | 10:30 PM-6:30 AM
- Training for 3rd shift will temporarily take place on 1st or 2nd shift before transitioning to 3rd.
What You’ll Do
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Perform MIG and/or TIG welding on mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum components.
- Read and interpret blueprints and work orders to determine weld specifications.
- Set up and operate welding equipment.
- Produce high-quality fabricated metal parts that meet quality standards.
- Inspect finished products using measuring tools and drawings.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Complete production and quality documentation accurately.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of current MIG and/or TIG welding experience preferred.
- Experience welding multiple materials, including mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
- Ability to read blueprints, weld symbols, and weld specifications preferred.
- Welding certificate or technical college training is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented with strong communication skills.
- Proven commitment to workplace safety.
