Mill Set-Up Operator – 1st Shift
Location: Hartford, WI
Pay: $18–$26/hour (Based on Experience)
Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM

We’re looking for a skilled Mill Set-Up Operator to join a precision manufacturing team. If you have experience setting up manual and/or CNC mills, enjoy working from blueprints, and take pride in producing quality parts, this could be the opportunity for you.
What You’ll Do
- Set up and operate manual and CNC milling machines to produce complex components.
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate setups and production.
- Select tooling and make machine adjustments as needed.
- Monitor machining processes and inspect parts to verify tolerances.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and help maintain an efficient workflow.
- Follow quality and safety standards in a precision manufacturing environment.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of mill setup experience.
- Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills.
- Experience using precision measuring and inspection equipment.
- Excellent attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.
- Reliable work ethic and commitment to quality.
