IQ Resource Group is currently recruiting for an experienced mixer operator for a 1st shift position in the Manitowoc Area. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door in a position offering excellent room for growth and advancement within the company.
Hours:
- 6:00am to 2:30pm; Monday through Friday
Wage:
- $21 and up depending on experience
Responsibilities Include:
- Reads and understands formula sheets and recipes.
- Accurately scale ingredients following the formula/recipe sheet.
- Perform basic math calculations to determine containers needed and carryover of batches
- Observe production and monitor the machines to ensure the operation is safe and efficient.
- Testing each batch with QA and performing QA inspection on products on and off production line.
- Complete all QC paperwork and ensure information is entered as needed
- Report any issues to management as they occur
Skills and qualifications:
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and stay focused at the same time
- Strong understanding of chemical safety
