Responsibilities:
• Ensure that items are high quality and meet all requirements of customer specifications
• Process control in all aspects of the expanding and molding process to improve quality, control density, and reduce off-fall
• Drive daily improvements in manufacturing efficiency
• You’ll provide value by continually working on the molding process to improve quality, reduce costs, and create sustainable molding processes
• You will be focused on driving efficiencies in all aspects of the molding process
• Maintain a safe work cell and environment
• Follow the expanding and molding process recipes and make minor adjustments to maintain the quality standards of the products being manufactured
• Improve Quality of Products molded through improvements to the molding process
• Partner with the quality techs to modify recipes to improve density control and fusion levels
• Warehousing of billets and proper inventory control
