Order Picker – Warehouse Team

IQ Resource Group is looking for driven, dependable Order Pickers to join our DeForest, WI team!
We need people who take pride in their work, move with a sense of urgency, and understand that accuracy matters. Our customers depend on us to get their orders right and get them out the door on time. That’s where you come in!
This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys staying active, working toward daily goals, and being part of a team that gets things done.
- 1 Shift: Monday – Friday 6am-3pm | $18.00/H
- 3 Shift: Monday – Friday 8pm-5am | $19/H

THE JOB:
- Pick and assemble customer orders quickly and accurately.
- Read order tickets and use RF scanning equipment to locate products.
- Select the correct products, quantities, and packaging for each order.
- Build, organize, and stage orders for shipment.
- Handle products carefully to maintain freshness and quality.
- Work in refrigerated and freezer environments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
- Keep up with production expectations while maintaining accuracy.
- Communicate with teammates to ensure orders are completed and ready on schedule.
