IQ Resource Group is seeking a Packer Assembly Supervisor in Dodge Center, MN. This position is primarily responsible for Supervising operations in the Packer Assembly production area.
Pay: $18-22/hr
Hours: Days are M-Th 6:30am-5pm with some Friday OT as needed.
Essential Duties:
- Understand the assembly process
- Communicate results and concerns for decision-making criteria
- Support normal daily production and manage overall staffing in the department
- Manage and order all consumables
- Prioritize and manage workload effectively
- Identify and analyze subjective and objective data to identify problems and make suggestions related to overall proper specification of process
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in assembly required
- Experience using a variety of assembly and manufacturing procedures
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings
- Knowledge of relative safety standards and willingness to use protective clothing
- Must be able to understand production quality and outflow impacts, and able to judge the product quality level
- Attention to detail
- Have examples of past leadership roles
