IQ Resource Group is seeking a Paint Finisher to join a growing team in Ramsey, Minnesota!
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with painting experience who enjoy seeing a project come together from start to finish.
Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00am-4:30pm
40+ Hours Per Week + Overtime Opportunities and on-call rotation!
Responsibilities:
- Interior and exterior painting
- Wall and ceiling painting
- Wood staining, finishing, and refinishing
- Paint and stain color matching
- Surface preparation including sanding, patching, caulking, and priming
- Protecting and preparing work areas
- Maintaining clean and organized job sites and shop areas
- Working alongside carpenters and restoration crews to complete projects on schedule
Qualifications:
- Previous painting and finishing experience required
- Wood staining and finishing experience preferred
- Ability to match paint colors and stain finishes
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift, bend, and remain on your feet throughout the workday
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus
