IQ Resource Group is seeking a hardworking and dependable entry-level candidate for 1st and 3rd shift general labor positions. No experience needed! We will train motivated candidates!
Hours:
- 1st Shift: 6am to 2:00pm; Monday to Friday
- 3rd Shift: 10 pm to 6am; Monday to Friday
Responsibilities:
- Accurately weigh and fill buckets with powdered resin according to production requirements.
- Read labels and follow work instructions to ensure the correct materials are used.
- Stock rotational molding machines with resin to support production operations.
- Inspect materials for contamination and maintain clean, organized work areas.
- Monitor resin inventory and keep materials properly stored and covered.
- Perform basic math and measurements while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
- Work independently and safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Qualifications:
- Must have basic math skills
- Ability to work on your feet for long hours
