Hours:
· 1st; 5am to 3p; Monday to Thursday
· 2nd; 3pm to 1am; Monday to Thursday
Pay:
· $23.00 to $25.00
Responsibilities:
- Operate large stamping presses while following production procedures and safety guidelines.
- Inspect products for defects and verify quality using precision measuring tools, including calipers and micrometers.
- Make mechanical adjustments, perform preventative maintenance, and troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Use production software to record information and monitor manufacturing processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety procedures and wearing required PPE.
- Work independently and with team members to maintain production flow and meet quality standards.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or GED.
- At least 1 year of manufacturing experience.
- Strong mechanical, mathematical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and production procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Forklift experience is a plus.
- Positive attitude, dependable work habits, and good communication skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
