Location: Wrightstown, WI
Wage: $16-18/hr
Hours:
- 1st Shift: 7a-3:30p Mon-Fri $16/hr
- 2nd Shift: 3p-1:30a Mon-Thur $16/hr
- PM Crew: 6p-6a 2/2/3 $18/hr
Responsibilities:
- Must adhere to all safety rules
- Operate/package rolls of film from raw materials to finished product following company SOC’s and SOP’s
- Must follow established standard operating procedures in a team driven atmosphere
- Complete all required documentation;
- Responsible for material handling and product segregation;
- Perform housekeeping of work stations
- Perform in a safe manner abiding by all safety rules and guidelines;
- And perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Similar industrial machine equipment operations experience (2-3 years preferred);
- shifts will be straight nights and straight days
- Must be flexible and willing to work overtime as scheduled;
- Must be proficient in basic computer skills or trainable;
- Must have good math skills required to perform job related calculations;
- Must be able to read and understand English written job related written forms and instructions;
- Must be able to satisfactorily and clearly communicate orally and in writing all job-related information.
- Must possess adequate visual & auditory acuity to safely perform job duties;
- Must be able to work effectively in a team environment, successfully collaborate with co-workers, production leaders and other employees;
- Must be physically able to lift and handle objects and/or materials weighing up to 60 pounds
- And must be able to safely climb stairs, reach, bend, push-pull, walk, handle & use job related tools.
