Location: Delavan, WI
Wage:$18.10-19.10/HR
Hours:
2nd Shift: 3pm-11pm
3rd Shift: 11p-7am
Responsibilities:
- Perform necessary pre-operation activities to ensure proper equipment startup and operation on multiple pieces of equipment.
- Perform various tasks to set up, load materials, operate, monitor, troubleshoot, clean, and complete preventive maintenance on assigned machines.
- Set up and operate single or multiple production machines in accordance with established procedures and guidelines to ensure quality production and minimal unplanned stops.
- Check machine output and identify any issues.
- Adjust machine settings to complete tasks accurately, according to specifications.
- Inspect parts to specifications and make adjustments, or tool changes as necessary to maintain quality specifications.
- Box tubes, fill out tags, inspect and gauge tubes.
- Observe and assess tubes, communicate and recommend changes and adjustments
