Shift: Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $17.00+/hour
We’re looking for dependable, hands-on individuals to join our production team as Production Assemblers. If you’re mechanically inclined, enjoy working with tools, and take pride in producing quality work, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Do
- Assemble components and finished products according to work instructions and specifications
- Use hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and measuring devices
- Read and follow work orders and assembly instructions
- Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain accurate production counts and documentation
- Package and prepare finished products for shipment
- Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality workmanship
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
What We’re Looking For
- Manufacturing or production experience
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Ability to read a tape measure and follow work instructions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Manufacturing or assembly experience
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Experience in assembly, fabrication, maintenance, or other equipment-related roles
