IQ Resource Group is hiring multiple Production Operators for an established manufacturing client! These positions offer the opportunity to work in different areas of the investment casting process, including wax production, casting cleanup, inspection, and finishing.

Location: Lake Geneva, WI
Pay: $17.00–$17.75/hour
Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (20-minute paid break)
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (20-minute paid break)
Available Positions
Wax Room Operator – 2nd Shift
- Operate wax injection equipment and perform general wax room production duties.
- Inspect wax patterns for quality and defects.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Waterblast Operator – 1st Shift
- Operate waterblast equipment to remove ceramic shell material from castings.
- Handle castings safely and follow established operating procedures.
- Maintain production quality and workplace safety standards.
Inspection Operator – 1st Shift
- Visually inspect castings for defects and quality requirements.
- Identify and report parts that do not meet specifications.
- Follow inspection procedures and production guidelines.
Grinding Operator – 1st Shift
- Perform grinding and finishing operations on castings.
- Remove excess material and improve casting surface finishes.
- Safely operate grinding tools and equipment.
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required for all positions.
- Investment casting experience is a plus.
- Ability to follow instructions and meet quality standards.
- Strong attention to detail and a dependable work ethic.
- Ability to perform the physical requirements of the assigned position, with reasonable accommodations as applicable.
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
