Position: Production/Packaging
Location: Green Bay, WI
Wage: $18.00–$19.50/hr to start (Earn up to $23/hr with training and promotions)
Shifts: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift available (8-hour shifts, Mon–Fri).
Over Time: Mandatory overtime and weekend work is required during peak seasons.

​What You’ll Be Doing:

• Packaging finished product
• Assembling and labeling boxes
• Inspecting product for size, weight, and appearance
• Stacking trays or cases and moving pallets
• Cleaning your work area and following food safety procedures

What You’ll Need:

• Strong attendance and a team-focused mindset
• Ability to work on your feet for 8+ hours
• Repetitive bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs), reaching, and fast-paced work
• Comfortable working in cooler or warmer environments
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely in a production setting

Dress Code – Read Before You Apply:

• No piercings, jewelry, watches, false nails, or nail polish allowed on the production floor
• No shorts, capris, dresses, skirts, or pants with holes
• Hairnets and uniforms are required (provided by the company)
