Production Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate will lead a team of production workers, implement process improvements, and maintain high standards of productivity.

Location: Darien, WI
Wage: $55-62K Salary Exempt
Hours: 6a-4:30p MON – THURS OT on Fridays

• Supervise daily production activities, ensuring adherence to schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Lead, train, and develop production staff, fostering a team-oriented culture.
• Monitor workflow and performance metrics, making real-time adjustments as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, company policies, and industry regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments, including Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Logistics, to optimize production efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to minimize downtime and waste.
• Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness.

• Education: High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: 3+ years in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Skills:
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing and process improvement techniques.
  • Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety best practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in using production management software and Microsoft Office Suits
