IQ Resource Group is hiring production workers for a leading production facility in Clara City, MN!
Blending Operator, Bulk Pack, Coating, Extruders
Schedule: 2nd shift: 6:00pm-6:00am with potential for rotating weekends.
Pay: $18 an hour!
The Production Workers are responsible for the overall quality of food production and is responsible for operating equipment in the production area in an efficient and productive manner.
Responsibilities:
- Be able to rotate into various line positions when needed.
- Operate equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Report production and quality issues to supervisor.
- Stage materials for delivery or pickup.
- Perform packaging line duties.
- Review with prior shift operator about state of production.
- Follow production schedules.
- Maintain daily sanitation.
- Ensure bags are stacked orderly.
Requirements:
- It becomes very hot in the production area, would need to be able to work in the heat.
- Steel Toe Shoes.
- Forklift Certified highly preferred.
- Lifting 50-55 pounds up to waist height.
- Lots of bending and being on feet for prolonged time period.
- Must be willing to cross-train and help others during down time.
