IQ Resource Group is hiring Production workers for a leading production facility in Clara City, MN!
Blending Operator, Dispensing Operator, Bulk Pack, Utility, Material Handler, QA Tech
Schedule:
- 1st shift: 6:00am-6:00pm with rotating schedule
- 2nd shift: 6:00pm-6:00am
- Split Shift: 12:00am-12:00pm- Material Handler only
Pay:
- Production- $17.00 an hour!
- Material Handler- $20.00 an hour!
- QA Tech- $18 an hour!
Responsibilities:
- Perform all packaging line duties.
- Be able to rotate into various line positions when needed.
- Report production and quality issues to supervisor.
- Review with prior shift operator about state of production.
- Review prior shift labels.
- Maintain daily sanitation.
- Ensure bags are stacked orderly.
Requirements:
- It becomes very hot in the production area, would need to be able to work in the heat.
- Steel Toe Shoes.
- Forklift Certified highly preferred.
- Lifting 50-55 pounds.
- Must be willing to cross-train and help others during down time.
