Position: Punch Press Associate
Wage: $15 an hour
Location: Neenah, WI
Hours: 6:50am— 3pm (Monday—Friday)
Position Overview:

The Punch Press role requires a strong work ethic and a high level of attention to detail. This position is responsible for producing plastic components in line with established procedures using a punch press. The individual must be able to adjust machine settings as needed to ensure parts are completed accurately, meet specifications, and are produced within required timeframes.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and verify press/punch equipment to ensure proper operation and consistent product quality
- Load parts into the machine, activate foot pedal, and remove finished pieces
- Maintain material levels at the workstation to support continuous production
- Conduct routine checks during production runs to confirm output meets standards
- Inspect finished components for any defects or irregularities
- Complete additional tasks as directed by supervision
Job Requirements:
- Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting (up to 50 lbs), pushing, pulling, and moving items
- Repetitive motions during shift
- Frequent standing (up to but not limited to 8hrs). Requires moving around the plant to perform duties
- Ability to visually verify parts for quality due to set punch specifications
- Use of equipment & tools
- Wear required safety equipment when appropriate/necessary/required
- Must be able to use hands to handle or touch objects, tools, or controls
